I am a former offensive lineman from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. After graduation, he began a career in Supply Chain Management and quickly became one of the youngest managers in company history.

My career, even though I am no longer in football, is influenced by the leadership lessons and values I gained from my experience in football every day.

I noticed the difficulties many former college athletes had making the leap from their playing career into their professional career, and created RoyalTeal to highlight strategies and examples of former athletes leveraging the game to help them adjust and excel in their careers.
